Project Details:
This project consisted of the construction of a 3-storey steel framed office building with adjacent access road and parking; fit out of building with M&E Services and Lift Installation. The Building had been pre-let as part of the Clients initial decision to proceed with the works. As such the quality of our work was very closely monitored with both the Architect and the end user monitoring quality on continuously, subsequently both parties were extremely happy with the outcome.
