Extension of existing 3 number maintenance pits and workshop drainage into new extension; formed new workshop floor as well as the supply and fix of 122 number bolt boxes and uprights to suit new rail track for 3 number maintenance pits for heavy rail maintenance. Erection of steel portal frame and new envelope formed in roof cladding. Installation of new walkways and access stairs within workshop for fitters. External works consisted of diverting all existing site drainage and providing additional parking spaces for staff.
