With investment, Howard’s Preschool were able to move into their new educational premises, recently project managed and built by Cleary Contracting Ltd, which has allowed for more space onsite, so the children can benefit from more specialist care, including rooms for occupational therapy, speech therapy and much more. The onsite construction was completed a very short time frame over the summer holidays, making sure that the children were in the new building by the new term!

This rapid build new nursery school project was completed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) supplied and erected by SIP Co UK. Off-site manufacture of 6 weeks and erection on site in 2 weeks. The external envelope of the building was clad in Zinc, Sto brick slips and Webber coloured render.
As part of the scheme over the summer term we completed new traffic management works, developed 85 parking spaces, extensive landscaping and new hard and soft play areas formed. The works were all completed on time and handed over for the new term commencing in September.
